If you have a small to medium frame and are somewhat flexible, this cushion will let you sit with ease in either the cross-legged or kneeling positions. Made in the USA.

Please note that your cushion will be packed firmly when you receive it, but you can remove some of the kapok and save it in a bag to be used when the old filling wears out. Use a lint brush or damp cloth to clean.
